All team members receive comprehensive onboarding, safeguarding and role-specific training, with opportunities to gain additional experience in activity delivery, leadership and camp operations.

 

We also provide regular CPD opportunities, activity training and support from experienced Camp Leaders to help you build confidence and develop new skills.
